Our story
When I started Ethicare, I knew I wanted to change the way healthcare recruitment was done. After seeing how agencies often prioritized profit over people—charging eye-watering fees and leaving healthcare organizations under even more pressure—I knew there had to be a better way. I wanted to build an agency that would positively disrupt the industry, focusing on fairness, people, and long-term value.

At Ethicare, we believe that when recruitment is done right, it can transform healthcare organizations. Too much money is wasted on unsuccessful hires, endless advertising, and inefficient processes. Even worse are the crippling locum costs that drain resources and leave teams struggling. We know that with strategic workforce planning, you can significantly reduce these costs. It’s about building sustainable teams, not quick fixes—teams that stay, grow, and become an integral part of your organization.

Quick fixes might seem like an easy solution, but they come with high costs and short-term results. That’s why we focus on long-term solutions—helping you build strong, committed teams that allow you to focus on delivering great care.

Ethicare is about more than recruitment—it’s about making a real difference. Together, we can build teams that are here for the long haul, committed to the success of your organization.

Warm wishes,

At Ethicare, we believe that when recruitment is done right, it can transform healthcare organizations. Too much money is wasted on unsuccessful hires, endless advertising, and inefficient processes.
About us
At Ethicare, we were founded on a clear mission: to create a fairer, candidate-centric, and value-driven approach to healthcare recruitment.

Since our launch in the summer of 2022, we’ve grown rapidly, guided by a passionate team with deep expertise in clinical leadership, NHS change management, HR, marketing, and finance.

We specialize in placing both frontline staff and senior leaders, ensuring healthcare organizations are equipped with the right people at every level.
Whether it’s the individuals delivering patient care or those steering strategic leadership, we are committed to finding professionals who align with the organization’s clinical, cultural, and professional needs.
Our recruitment process follows an NHS value-based selection framework, which ensures that every candidate we place is assessed not only on their clinical skills but also on their commitment to person-centered care. This approach guarantees our clients receive candidates who are the right fit from the start.
Once candidates are placed, our commitment doesn’t stop. We provide ongoing support to ensure their long-term well-being. We help our candidates stay connected to their traditional culture and values, offering resources such as local cuisine information, places of worship, and introductions to diaspora networks.

At Ethicare, we handle the entire recruitment process, from attraction strategies to onboarding and relocation. Our focus is on building sustainable teams that bring long-term value to healthcare organizations, helping them thrive with the right talent in place.

Our passion lies in making a meaningful difference—for healthcare organizations and for the professionals we support. At Ethicare, recruitment isn’t just about filling roles; it’s about building teams that help create a better future for healthcare.

Last but not least, we genuinely love what we do and are motivated by making a positive difference in people's lives.
